Tim joined Licella in February 2024, and brings a wealth of experience from his 35-year career in investment banking, including roles at Chase Manhattan (now JPMorgan Chase), Citigroup, Nomura Securities and CIBC World Markets, culminating in his recent position as Head of Global Chemicals at UBS.

Throughout his career, Tim has played key roles in advising chemical companies worldwide, facilitating mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and navigating complex capital transactions across global markets. He has experience working with clients in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia and has extensive global relationships.
